here. I'm extremely pleased with how this came out! Nitrous is installed, but I swapped the jets around and disconnected and plugged the fuel line, basically turning it into a 45hp dry shot to run with AEM providing the fuel. The GT42r will only use like 60-70% of the 1600s, so there is plenty of headroom.
Found out I had to raise the idle because the timing was way off. Synced up the timing in AEM and it runs much better and 400 rpm higher, lmao. Last week I converted the AEM over to version 1.19, which I'm glad is now behind me... The timing belt got hosed, so that's been replaced, and I made some new bolts to hold the damper pulley on. Alternator wasn't charging even after replacing it. Turned out to be the excitation wiring, that's all be rectified.
At this point it starts and runs well, doesn't over heat or stall or any other BS, holds fluids, no issues. I'm pretty confident that it will see the dyno this coming week. Already made an appointment, which says a lot.
