no but you will burn the fluid in the t-case and eventualy the coupler by driving without the front d-shaft. if the mounty rolls in park without the parking brake on I WOULD HAVE YOUR T-CASE CHECKED OUT when the coupling goes out it will slip and allow the vehicle to roll could be dangerous or expensive if you roll into another car matt
