you're going to need:
1. head from a b-series motor, b18c or b16a
2. ecu from a vtec teg/civic/del sol that matches the obd-I or II of your car, preferrably
3. intake manifold and throttle body that fits the HEAD you are using
4. exhaust manifold that fits the HEAD your are using
5. steel braided oil line and accessories for proper mounting
6. timing belt, water pump preferrably for the head you're using
7. head gasket
thats all i can think of off the top of my head right now. but if you are not skilled in machining, i advise you get a professional to do the job. that is the key to keeping it a reliable engine.
