1998 Villager 225k miles, mine since new.
Engine cooling fan will not run, appears there was a short somewhere as the weather connector between the radiator fan and the relay box was a little melted inside at one connection.
Rad fan runs when jumped to battery.
65amp fuse at engine compartment fuse/relay box looks ok and tests ok with multimeter.
All 3 rad fan relays appear to check out ok when jumped with bat pwr and checked with meter. Getting 12v at terminals for relays.
"Relays" fuse in cabin fuse block looks good, if that is part of the system (?)
Ground circuit checks out ok.
Not getting battery voltage at harness leads to fan when engine is at oper temp and higher. I can not figure this one out. Any ideas anybody?
Thanks,
Tom
