Yeah, well i kinda know what they mean by rollin it ive done it before, basically when your launching keep the clutch right before it will grab and keep it at like 3000-3500 rpms then get it up there to like 5000 fast by gunning it, then let go of the clutch barely sort of a "rollin" motion, it seems way better on the car than just dropping the clutch when its fully pressed in, and someone told me it might waste the clutch a little faster, but that better than the tranny or flywheel going. I would also think that when you dump the clutch there always seems like that initial shock when you drop it might actually cause some time off the launch because the shock seems to keep the car in the spot for a little bit, and everything counts on the launch. Just my 2 cents, because it think its kinda weird acura keeps bragging to me how this is a great car yet they didn't even make it to use its full potential.
