Using ramps to elevate GPs

It seems like with each newer car, it's become more and more of a challenge to get my car up on my ramps, because of the front fascia. The 98 & 02 GPs were a challenge, but doable. Well, tonight I tried my son's '04 GP - no way Jose. I ended up using jack stands on each side in the front so I could drop the transmission pan and do a fluid/filter change. Much harder to do without ramps!

SO...there is a question here.

Are there better ramps for newer cars that are easier to drive up on? A lower profile, but longer ramp would do the trick.
