Just to let any one know, I think I fixed it. I couldn't get the other peice of the nipple out so I got some JB weld and Fixed a new peice to the old one inside the water pump housing. It seems to be holding, but I won't find out until tomorrow because it needs to cure overnight. I hope this takes care of it. As always, thanks for the advice.
