Don't know on the trailing arm bushings.
Just grab a slightly undersized socket and hammer it on there, its how I get stripped out locking lugnuts off(or ones I don't have a key for)....and no, I don't go around stealing wheels

That is all the kits are for removing locking lugnuts anyway.
Those bolts have to be hit just right with the torx to get them off, took me a little while to get mine done.
