well i hate to tell you but 3.5's maybe powerful but they are nutorious for problems. the 3.3's besides the lack of power is a better engine. i have had an 94 intrepid 3.3 suspension is shot(jumped to many railroad tracks)and a dynasty 3.3 totaled in accident not my fault and my current car a 96 concorde 3.3 my uncle is a chrysler mechanic and he told me if it werent for the power he would never recomed a 1rst gen 3.5 but the second gens are spectacular 250 hp 230ft lbs mmmmm. well my recomendation it to get a second gen swap or get a 3.3 or 3.2 second gen. peace out
