If the answer is yes, do your normal guage lights work?
And are you sure you have the power and ground correct? You can't always go by the wiring on the guage to match up to the car. As sometimes the wiring colors mean different things from different cars.

yea, i checked it all and i hooked something else up to it instead of the guage backrounds, and it worked..... i really dont know wtf is wrong, but its really pissing me off, and i also did have the lights on. I really dont know whats up with it..... by the way, yea the stock ones still glow.
