Guiddy, wonder why it was difficult to launch the beast with anger?

Is the clutch stock? If so, that could be it. My GTR, before the current mods, had 375 rwhp. With OS Giken twin plater, it launches from 5000-6000 rpm, spin the rear wheels a bit before the 4wd kicks in, thereafter it just go...go...GO!

You are right, the 2nd and 3rd are really awesome on the GTR,especially the 3rd - at 120kph, shift to 3rd and within secs it's 180kph! Oh Gawd...thank you for the GTR! Not many cars could run away from the GTR in 3rd! I was on the track one day driving a friend's souped up EVO6 while he drove my GTR. Coming to the front straight from a hair pin (the staright is about 0.9km), I abused the EVO 6 with flat out acceleration. Every gear change was at red line. But at 120kph, my GTR just flew past the EVO 6 and I felt like I was driving a Metro or somethin'! You are also right about the stock Brembos. Can't stop the car for nuts! I learn the that the hard way on the track. Braked late...and...shite,nothin' happen! Missed the corner and spun. Luckily I managed to escape the gravel. That was enough for me to order the AP 6 potter.
I have heard horror stories about cars being repossessed by the police in the UK as they were stolen. I know someone who went through the same thing but he managed to get his money back and later repurchased the same car from the insurance co. at a lower price! He was lucky!
