Thats actually not too bad of a price for a 20g and o2 housing if its fairly new... Do you know the condition its in? Any shaft play or known problems?...
Going by your mod list I would say that it wouldn't be a bad investment, but I'm also curious of your injectors. What size are the stock ones you have? If you do get that turbo I would definitely make sure that your supplying it with plenty of fuel. Also, I'm not all too sure of what you Evo guys tune with compared to us DSMers... Whats that mail in flash thing all about? Is that something for tuning?
