It was badly cracked that was the first vacuum line I replaced on the car. however the problem still exists. Could it be the length of the vacuum line I put from the back of the tbi to the map sensor? I'm not really sure if that could affect it. What about the open circuit could it possibly be electric? a faulty ground or something? I mean I'm at a loss with this problem. also another issue is when I've driven the car and park it I smell a gasoline odor I've been thinking that because of my air filter cleaner housing is bent on the bottom that fits around the tbi it might be letting some odor out of the tbi and that could cause the odor. any more help would be appreciated.
