Unhappy Re: Problems with Shifter

We bought a new park/neutral switch changed that out. Did the adjustment with our shifter cable that runs from the shifter to the transmission. Still did not fix the BTSI problem. We still can not get the BTSI to engage on the shifter to get the car to shift into gear. We looked over the wiring and found that on the Green and white wire it is supposed to be ground butttttttt there is constant voltage on it. Would the BCM have something to do with it? I know that there has to be a short somewhere but I can't seem to find it. I even checked out all of the fuses associated with it. But we do not seem to have a burnt out fuse. What else can I do? I have wasted alot of money on this problem. Bought a new shifter, switch and finally managed to hot wire the thing but I know it needs to be fixed. Someone please help me.
