ah ha... I finally got it cooled off. I was tired of messing with it and since I had some extra money I went and did what I knew would fix it.

Bought a new heavy duty high flow radiator, new high flow water pump, and a new thermostat housing from HESCO. These guys have great high quality parts. Look them up. I also added a tranny cooler. Now even in the hottest days sitting at a red light or in traffic it never goes over 210 and it stays under 200 while driving. Before it was 220+ and after a few minutes at a light it would go up to 260. Now I have to fix a new problem I found, lol, but now it is a COOL XJ
