P.Steering was binding, fluid black and nasty. Replaced rack and pinion, ps pump and transferred the flow valve on high pressure side, flushed the lines with fluid and pressure from my air tank and put lines back exactly as they came off.

Filled up with ps fluid and when the vehicle started, the power steering started violently turning to one side then the other and so on and so on.

What in the world is going on? Obviously something is very very wrong.
