First I'd replace the plugs & wires, change the PCV, fuel filter and
clean the Idle air control valve.
If those have been done and did resolve your issues then I;d start checking the ICM and coil pacs.
And check the fuel pressure from the valve on the pass side rear fuel rail.
With the key on, engine off, fuel prssure should be around 41-47 psi.
