Actually Dealer (Chevrolet) parts manager was very helpful and answered some other questions I had. He agreed to sell it to me for $440.00. Sometimes price is not really that important. Having a good resource person is worth much more. Dealer also gave me a lifetime guarantee on the part and free coffee!
Next time (on another vehicle) I will go with the AC Delco part since I have some confidence.
