No problem! OK, we have two different blower control modules in this thread with different failures. This is one of the reasons we ask members to keep their post in a thread on the same subject, or problem as the original poster to eliminate confusion! It is simple to start a new thread with another question.
Now, we have one that failed with full power applied to the blower motor with ignition off and the other one failed and does not have power passing through the module. Either way, the module has failed. The one that is not getting power to the blower motor is simple to test. If you have power input to the module and none going to the blower motor, then the module that has failed. As mentioned earlier, they can fail either way, or can even have an erratic off/on failure.
