The supercharged and non-supercharged engines in the Bonnevilles have significant mechanical differences, so it is not just a matter of bolt up and go. If you want a supercharged Bonneville, I strongly suggest you buy one that is already so.  There are many threads on people wanting to do just what you are asking, try a search.
