It's the only way I've been able to get the window up. It goes down just fine, but wont go up unless you pull/push it up.

Wow ,what`s with these pwr windows.......looks like you also may need a motor. The motor does not have to work hard putting window down ,it`s the lift that kills them If you do I would not hesitate buying from A1 ..........the link I posted above. I converted my manual windows and installed central /pwr locks in my `00 Silverado and bought my stuff thru them .
