you need to run a hard suspension with a bigger camber at the front than the back. personally i dont have any toe-in angle. I think that you SHOULD get a racing transmission as soon as you can BUT:
a) you must know enough about real cars to know what youre changes to the gears will do
b) note down what the original settings were
if you set the gears properly for each track you will get way better performance than the normal gearbox
