Ahhh.. welcome to the wonderful world of GM Passlock III.
You need atleast one 'programmed' key to program any more. You will have to buy another blank transponder key to the tune of ~$35 and have a dealer do their special magic on the body control module to reset the system and start fresh. Wish I knew how to do the 'start from scratch' manuever!
