Just found a little more info on the egr solenoid thought Id pass it on. A quick test unplug the power to the vacume regulator. use a vacume gauge and check if vacume is making it to the egr. If it is its passing air and moving the egr to early. Mine is doing that. I have almost 2 in of hg at idle. It actually makes the engine a little rough at idle. Something others with an idle problem might consider. It says the filter can get clogged on top of the evr so I took it apart. It wasnt dirty but there is some problem. Here URL
