But from what I understand, this car appeared in an option around early to mid 2001). I'm not sure the extent of the info provided in the option either...but I do think with your skills you could put together the 1/24 version
And about those fenders... the OEM metal ones can be used, but they need to be modified so its just easier to use prefabricated fiberglass ones.
