I am experiencing the same problem. Have you found the root of the problem. I have replaced the fuel pump four times this year. There is a electircal problem. Sometimes the van will crank siome times it won't. I replaced the last fue pump test drove for about 1 hour but never cut the engine off. Parked the vehicle in the drive way and tried to restart with no success. The van has been parked for over a few months with the same issue it will not crank at all. Thanks
