Numbers 1 and 2 could be related. You are correct in checking for those 2 problems with the loom of wires in the trunk located by the driver's side trunk hinge. The wires in that loom have a tendancy to frey and break from all the flexing they are exposed to when the trunk is constantly opened and closed. Open up that loom of wires and look for freyed or broken wires. Repair as necesary. I can't help with number 3 but number 4 is probably just a burned out bulb under the consul. You can do a search on this forum for instructions on how to get to it and replace it.
