I am not 100 % sure if the first one will work but, while that is still a GM/Delco radio, that is a rare radio and i'm not suggesting it as a replacement. I just used that as an example of the CG size/ovesized radio you'd need. I guarantee you that cassette one will work and actually they give a list of what that cassette radio will work with. That makes a very good vehicle list for you to see what GM vehicles will have the same radio as you. May want to check out junkyards in your area if you don't wanna get one online. And you can always get the password reset if it is set. I don't think its worth buying a new factory radio but that is just me.
