Well according to her profile she's 24 so I don't think her aunt could do much about driver's training or taking away the license. Another thing to consider based on her "past performance" is do you think she will hold a grudge for a long time, or is she one to forget after a short period of time has passed? Maybe , if you get the car from your uncle, and a few months has passed, she will soften up and let it "blow over". Only you can answer that question.
