Ours is a 97, and its steering wheel shakes somewhat at that speed also. The problem has been the subject of several queries on previous pages on this forum. Try this link:

Our Noen has 140,000 miles on it, and I think it is due for new suspension arm bushings - plus rebalancing the wheels.
