I have a 2001 Focus with the Zetec engine that vibrates quite a bit when I first start it up in the morning. It vibrates with the transmission in Park, Nuetral, Reverse, and Drive. The vibration is felt through the exhaust and body stucture of the vehicle. When the vehicle warms up the vibration decreases to an acceptable level. Vehicle has 110,000 miles on it.

Any thoughts on the cause of this vibration?
