Have you taken apart the fuse box and looked at all of the wiring on the underside of it. Thats what I had to do when I kept blowing a fuseable link. It turned out that a wire had gotten pinched inside the box where it connected to the fuse, causing it to blow every time I pluged a fuse in.

Speed: a scalar quantity which refers to "how fast an object is moving." A fast-moving object (my DSM) has a high speed while a slow-moving object (your Camaro) has a low speed. An object with no movement at all has a zero speed (most Mustangs).
