Think of the ECM/PCM as the same part, just different terminology used to describe the computer! In addition, notice how the last four numbers you found "
3247" translate to the to the last numbers in Part #1618
3247. It sounds like you have the right ECM/PCM. Now all you need is the wiring harness to match the engine/tranny and ECM. Where did the other module come from, under the hood, or inside the car?
Sorry, I don't know enough about the gage cluster compatibility to comment on that.
