98 3.8 Stalling at Stops

My daughter reports that her '98 3.8L Winny is stalling at stops. If she hurrys and places it in neutral it won't stall. She says a mechanic has told her there may be an intermittent to the fuel pump. It isn't showing any codes.
I've searched the forums but still don't have a clear answer. I will advise her to check vacuum hoses, fuel and return lines and electrical connections. All work listed below was either done by myself or a pro. Except for the fuel pump, that was replaced by my son-in-law who left a few minor things disconnected, like the FILLER HOSE!!! (ID-10-T certification)

Work that has been done recently:
New tranny
New Transmission Range Sensor
Upper Manifold removed and cleaned (along with other cleanings related to this job as recommended in the forum.)
MAF cleaned
New Plugs
IMRC checked and responding to vacuum (really amazing)
Good fuel pressure
New fuel pump
New fuel filter
Injectors and rail cleaned
EGR cleaned

Thanks folks.
