Yes... warm up ANY paint in hot water before you brush or spray it. Warm paint flows much better then room temp or cold paint does. Letting the bottles or cans sit in the sun for a while works also. I use Plastikote or Dupli-Color primers and warming them up really helps flow out. Putting the parts under a warm light bulb before and after painting also helps the paint flow as it is curing. Try it, you will see a difference...
Another trick to help bottle enamels flow is to mix in a little enamel retarder before painting. This slows down the drying a bit so the paint can flow and level out more.
