i agree, i heard the spring rates on those suck, not even worth the $150. if you want the sleeve type go for
ground control since you can order them with custom spring rates, they run approx $300. you can put them on your stock shocks, but eventually they'll blow, so its recommended you buy new struts too, like koni, bilsteins, toickio, kyb agx are the common. koni being the best from those in that order. i myself will be purchasing the tein ss fullcoilovers in a week or two, just waiting for payday
