You may want to try the Dodge truck forum.

Pulsating with new pads can indicate worn rotors or dirty rotors or dirty pads. Brake cleaner will cure the dirty stuff, worn out rotors need replaced. Bad wheel bearings, poor alignment, air in the brake lines and sticking calipers can also cause pulsating.
