Sorry, you need
two working PATS keys in order to be able to program a third PATS key yourself.
A super suave key shop will have the necessary equipment to program the PATS keys if you don't have two. Ford dealers too..
These options do cost a bit more though. Moral of this story, with PATS, ALWAYS have a third key programmed.
