OK, A question about all this, if the tccm is indicating 4 wheel low all the time and therefore the trans is shifting into 4th gear and trying to lock up the torq converter by 15 mph, therefore causeing the engine to lug down(like putting a manual in 5th gear at to low of speed) but the actual shifting of the transfere case buy way of the buttons on the dash work fine would this then only be the tccm or would the trans case switch still be a likley problem? I can watch all this happen on the scanner (snap-on modis).

I talked to a dealer tech who said the problem is the tccm and don't bother testing anymore as they, and this problem, is commin here in minnesota.
