I would DEFINATELY tow that vehicle!!!
That would dog walk so bad you would probably cause an accident. Or just drive into the curb.
Tell the tow company to get you a flat bed cause if they try to drag those rear wheels with that one bent like that...

So it would not be advisable.
Is the tire on the other side bent to the back of the wheel well? (Closer to the trunk?) If so your whole rear axle could be bent. Just hope your driveshaft didn't bend with it.
As for the frame BAVARIANM nailed it, you gotta take a peek underneath.
