here's the scoop.

About two weeks ago I took my Jimmy in to the dealer and said these exact words. "The A/C doesn't blow cold."

They called back later and said it was a leaking fitting on the high side. Only an $11 fitting. The bill read "found low on freon" ( $13), found high side fitting leaking ($11), replaced fitting and recharged system (30), labor ($105)

I told the dealership to go ahead and fix it. When I came in to pick up the truck, I asked the manager if it was holding it's pressure, he said "yes, you can take it home."

The $11 fitting seemed shady to me and so I asked, "If the truck begins to blow hot two weeks from now, is there a warranty on anything you've done today?" I got the feeling he was relying on the cooool recharge to make me happy and had not really fixed the problem.

Anyhow, he said yes, there is a one-year warranty on labor.

Now, two weeks later, it is blowing warm again.

How should I deal with this? I paid for the labor and the dye. I'd like to say, "The dye test was not done correctly because you only found/fixed one leak." "It's still leaking so clearly the labor was not done correctly."

give me some fuel for the fire folks !!!

It's friggin' hot !!!!!!!!!!1

Fuel for what fire?
You haven't taken it back or even told the dealer about the problem.
Don't go lookin fer problems, talk to them to find a solution.
