Basically, it's just unbolting the stock intake and taking it off. You will need to take off the front bumper to get one of the pieces out. There might be some issues with the emissions sensor. I didn't install mine, but I have heard that sometimes it can be a pain to mount on the intake. I am not sure about the s model, but you might have to drill a hole. I just can't remember.
