I assume you're referring to cleaning debris out of the condensor fins rather than cleaning the internals of the condensor. That being the assumption, you can use a garden hose with good water pressure and spray it through from the back side (engine side) of the radiator. Try not to flood the cooling fan motors too much. Once you get the debris loosened up a bit, you can shower the front side of the condensor with a lighter spray from the garden hose.

You could also try a pressure washer, but you'd want to be careful not to use so much pressure that you actuall bend fins or possibly even abrade a pinpoint hole in the coils of the radiator.
