well as a 93 sits, you already have the 4g63... so, i would just buy someones stock setup for about $200-$300 bucks, then get some fuel mods (injectors, turbo pump (Walbro 190) rewire the pump, SAFC) and you should be set... so all in all, about $500 if you do the work yourself and find good deals...
