I can almost pull the switch clear of the steering wheel but can't quite get enough slack it the wires to disconnect it. I think that if I could get the air bag module out of the way I could disconnect it from inside but I can't figure out how to do that either.
Anyone have any experience getting this switch out or even pulling the air bag out? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

Unless you are trained in air bag repair it is best to let a repair shop that is work on it.
Just think of them as a loaded shot gun when you go to messing with them.
