Left front brake squeek

I picked up my Blazer after getting it inspected and the brakes squeeked. I figured no big deal since they had the tires and drums off. Well, 150 miles later, the left front still squeeks. I don't remember it squeeking before I took it for inspection. I only notice the noise at 45 mph or less; maybe it's because I put the windows up if I'm going faster than that. Sometimes it does it, sometimes it doesn't. If I turn the vehicle slightly left or right, the noise changes pitch. One pitch for a left turn and a second pitch for a right turn. When I brake, the noise goes away. I greased the truck last year and only put about 3,000 miles on it since then, so I didn't think that would be the problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
