Speaking of obvious, it would seem that either the switch is bad for the light, or the wiring has been chaffed back and exposed to ground, hence short to ground causing the circuit protection (fuse) to blow. I would look into the wiring, might jsut need to be taped up. Electrical problems in consoles and dashes, should not be ignored, they can become a BIG problem in due time.

You may absolutely have something there. I have changed the fuse twice now and it keeps blowing out. I did put a little bit of crazy glue on the little button that needs to be kept down to shut off the light and then put a little piece of duct tape on it (I know it doesn't look pretty, but its all I can do right now) to keep it down and it is staying down, but that can't be the problem because it keeps blowing the fuse. Now, I'm stumped.

I have no idea where I need to check the wires or anything. Any more advice you may have would really be appreciated. In the meantime, I am riding around without a horn, and it has been dangerous to say the least. Please help me to figure this out. Thank you so much for your help.
