1994 Ram 250, adjust air/fuel on carb

My van failed emissions due to high CO, assuming that it's burning rich, I went to adjust the air to fuel mixture on the carburetor and I can't even find the adjustment screws to do so. Normally they are on the front of the carb right? Seems a dumb place to put them on a ram van, as it would make them impossible to reach, but even still, I have looked through with a flash light and don't see them, and I have removed the engine cover and air filter and don't see them on any other side either.

Anyone know how to adjust the fuel-to-air on this thing?
