The blower is on the pass side floor.
Remove the lower kick panel and you can see the motor.
THiers like 3 screws holding it in, disconnect the plug in and remove the screws. It'll drop right out.

You could have a bad bearing or the blow fins could be broken. Their is a drain you should see where that enters the blower housing. Go out under the hood and you should find the end drain. Usually a stiff wire or compressed air can blow a blockage out.
