Nothing to justify it's replacement yet, but was crawling under the Rodeo the other day to specifically investigate the exhaust just to make sure nothing was happening; and whamboosh! Tiny little hole

in the muffler, with another about to become a hole, guess I kind of figured it was coming at 10yrs of age.
Overall not bad, and not bad enough, IMHO, to warrant replacing anything yet, and y'all know how picky I am.
Question is, should I and/or do I need to put anything on the muffler at this point; and, if so, what??
I do have some JB Weld that I used on the BMW's actual exhaust pipe - the same day I was looking at the Rodeo, but don't know if this can be used on the muffler too?
Reason I want to push it off, is the BMW needs a whole new exhaust system - from the manifold back, it IS cracked badly; and when I actually do the Rodeo, I want all new exhaust as well, not just the muffler.
Older, paid off vehicles can be a blessing; but they can also be brats too!
